Air Trecks:

Nomadic Soul

-Older model Air Trecks. There are only a handful of this particular model that served as one of the precursors to more contemporary Trecks, as well as with customizable options that could potentially put it on par or even surpass them. However, Kiryu has no knowledge on how to customize his Trecks and will have to rely on someone else to upgrade them for him.
-Middle weight gives it a balance between speed and mobility as well as gravity control to give fairly high and distanced jumps and make sharp turns. Design of the Trecks make it capable of gaining more momentum/speed, but in the process, looses it's mobility.
-Very durable and optimal in combat.
-Despite appearances, wheels seem more effective off road and enable more fluent control and speed.
-There has been some speculation that scarlet colored lightning has been emitted from the Trecks themselves, although no model of its generation has been optimized to do so. This only appears at high speeds and has even been rumored to have slightly hovered Kiryu over the ground. Kiryu seems to be the only one to spark this ability.
- With his control over lightning, Kiryu can use his self named "Burst Jumps" enabling him to catapult himself midair.
- Lightning can unintentionally tamper with another rider's Air Trecks for at least 3 seconds.


Personality:

-Lives and breathes for competition and strives to improve his skills.
-Very carefree and naive personality that can sometimes come off as annoying to some people.
-Can be very gullible and too trusting towards people.
-Claims to have been a traveled nearly all over the world despite his young age, although most people aren't inclined to believe him.
-Prefers to hide his face for reasons that are unclear, so most people don't really tend to trust him despite his friendly nature.
-Isn't very smart and has a basic education. Seems to be very innocent minded, so most innuendoes seem to just pass him by.
-Very straight forward and honest .
-Although he doesn't really keep to himself, it's really difficult to get a fix on who Kiryu really is (shut up) and what his intentions really are.
-Very humble and holds himself and everyone else in the same regard. Despite how powerful he could be, he still feels that it doesn't make him any better.


Relationships:

- Tempe: First person he's met when he arrived in the city. Saved her from a group of thugs and in returns, she offered him a place to stay.
- Cougar: Trying to make her his teacher since he knows so little about ATs. Despite her lower rank, Kiryu feels that she's the best teacher he can find.


History:

No one knows who this kid is or where he comes from, only that he shows up from time to time to challenge other riders.

He says he had a tough father who ordered him to travel around the world on a sort of "spiritual" journey. Kiryu has claimed to have met several people and learned many things from them. During his journey, Kiryu met an old stranger carrying a set of Air Trecks and challenged him in a game of cards. Although not an experienced gambler, Kiryu managed to win them off the stranger with ease. He originally intended to return the Trecks immediately after trying them only one time, but could never find the stranger afterwards, only a note that said "They're yours now".

Since then, Kiryu has taken up his Trecks, challenging other riders to improve his own skills. The Trecks seem to help him with his agility and reflexes, which he says were lacking before he became a rider.

His current rank was obtained by beating a few solo riders who underestimated him due to his lack of formal experience and sheer dumb luck.


Likes:

-Competition: Kiryu is highly competitive, but also acts like a good sportsman. He holds no grudges to anyone he loses to and instead, chooses to learn from it.
-Outdoors: Prefers the quiet, peaceful life of the country to the busy, bustling life of the city.
-Food: Anything edible. He has no preferences other than to catch it and cook it himself.
-Traveling: Spends most of his time moving from place to place in a random order. It's hard to predict where he'll end up next.


Dislikes:

-Staying in one location: he can't make progress in his journey if he just stays put for too long
-People who think themselves higher than others: Has no patience for obnoxious people who are blinded by their pride.
-Cowardice: Has absolutely no tolerance for cowardly tricks and tactics used in a fight. It insults him and it insults the sanctity of the fight.


Extra:

-Considering his recent introduction into Air Trecks, Kiryu is often criticized for being too inexperienced. However, he has proven to be a quick learner and has even mastered some maneuvers most veteran riders are capable of.
-Lives outdoors (kinda like a bum) catching and cooking his own food.
-Isn't really a big-time enthusiast for Air Trecks, but is interested in the combat aspect of it and sees it as something useful to improve his own skills.
-This guy is meant to be a "HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER" type of opponent, always coming out of nowhere to challenge riders he thinks he will get the most challenge out of.
-As time goes by and if people get interested, I'll introduce more of the character's history.
